Correction: September 1, 2011
An article on Wednesday about a report contrasting federal tax payments with the chief executive’s pay at 25 American corporations included an inaccurate estimate of the average tax benefit received by the companies because of a miscalculation by the report’s author, the Institute for Policy Studies. The average benefit is $304 million, not more than $400 million. The article also misstated the position of Ivan Seidenberg at Verizon, one of the companies in the report. He is chairman, not chief executive. (Mr. Seidenberg stepped down as chief executive on Aug. 1.) The error was repeated in a picture caption.
Ну и хуле с того? Ты так говоришь, как будто это что-то плохое.
Ну и что? А в бюджет щтата, в муниципальные бюджеты они сколько платят?
